Chart-echo provides market charting, historical pattern matching, saved workspaces, sharing tools, and related research features.
Features, data sources, subscriptions, and availability may change as the product develops.

Chart-echo is provided for research, education, and information only. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.
No chart, pattern match, projection, score, statistic, alert, or saved workspace is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, or avoid any asset.
You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Chart-echo may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, security attacks, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid features may be offered through recurring subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, taxes, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.
On the web, payments are handled by Stripe, and subscription management and cancellation may be handled through the Stripe billing portal or account settings. In the Android app, subscriptions are purchased through Google Play, and management, renewal, and cancellation are handled in your Google Play account.
Refunds, where available, are handled according to the policy displayed at purchase or required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, scrape at scale without permission, attempt to bypass access controls, overload systems, reverse engineer private APIs, or use the service unlawfully.
Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or harmful content through feedback, saved workspaces, or shared links.
Market Data And Availability
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, cached, derived from third parties, or unavailable. Data and charts are provided without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
Chart-echo may limit, suspend, or change access to data sources where required by providers, cost controls, technical constraints, or law.
Intellectual Property
Chart-echo, its design, code, branding, and product features are owned by the operator or its licensors.
You retain rights in content you create, but grant Chart-echo the rights needed to store, display, share, and process it to provide the service.
Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chart-echo disclaims warranties and is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data errors, outages, or indirect damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
